Sampson County Adult Day Health Care Center

The Sampson County Adult Day Health Care Center provides supervised care in a community group setting during the day to individuals with cognitive and/or physical impairments to promote health, social, and emotional well-being.

Level of Care

At the Adult Day Health Care Center, your loved one will receive:

Supervision (One-on-one supervision is not provided)

Meals and snacks

Group and individual activities

Health Monitoring

Adult Day Care Center, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, $300 per week. Offering activities and independence for Seniors who need daily supervision. Allow our staff to care for your loved one. FMI: 910-592-7787
